Soil quality

So that's why the ability to get it is so scarce.

I guess that's the next thing I wanted to talk about was the soil quality because I think we're all very aware that the fruit and vegetables that we're eating now are not as nutrient dense as they once were because of the soil.

How do we get around this?

I think, I mean, you can add minerals into the soil and I guess that's what certified organic is good for because usually the mineral balance is what keeps the growth going.
