So I created a Facebook page, which at the time was called Fathers Against Parental Alienation.

And I'm doing my thing.

I'm trying to learn how to do content and make memes and messages on that, excuse me.

And now this is back, this year.

So that was January 26th, I started making the memes.

And April 1st is when my book came out.

So I did the Facebook before the book because the book was being published and just getting finalized and being edited and formatted.

And then...

I learned more stuff about alienation and gaslighting and narcissism and all that stuff.

And I was like, good God, this is just like so textbook on everything that I fucking went through.

It's just like, I can't be the only one out here that's been through this.

And I'm like, and I'm not.

And it's just, and I, and I read stories and I see other advocates and I'm like, damn man, I gotta do something.

People gotta know this stuff.

So yeah, I did that, became pretty, I got a lot of followers very fast, which was really unexpected.

Then I decided that I needed to change the Facebook page to Fathers and Mothers Against Parental Alienation because it's not just fathers, man.

Because I would, you know, get messages, you know, it happens to mothers too.

Yeah, but fathers don't really have a page out there dedicated to just them.

You know, and then I did more and more research and more and more.

And then it's just like I had to change.

I got to change it.

And I did.
