Providence, Rhode Island, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, New Brunswick, New Jersey, and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

So the Northeast is where the hot part...

And it's like, why? Because they're still in hot sellers market.

Like New York, New York, 36% more buyers than sellers.

Newark, New Jersey, 21% more buyers than sellers.

So they're in a hot... hot seller's market, above asking, minimal days on market, multiple offers.

While here, there might be some crazy people, but it's so much nicer.

It's crazy to say it feels much safer, even like in Newark, in New York, where everybody complains about how dangerous it is.

For me, having lived in Los Angeles, so nice.

Newark and I made first it was a feature documentary that I made about New York politics so it was about Cuomo when he resigned with accusation of sexual harassment so this was back in 2021 and I made a feature documentary and then I expanded that into a mini series that is now streaming platforms and I released it last year so that's why I've been following New York politics even if I was working and living in Los Angeles for the past five, six years, I guess.

So I've been following New York.

His method was to place a steel link after every third or fourth leather one, in order to strengthen the belt.

in practical use this belt was found to be very defective because the leather links soon stretched and thus all the work had to be done by the steel links the whole strain coming thus upon the steel links they in time of course cut through the bolts and thus broke the belt to pieces so this invention proved worthless In 1884, a Chicago belt company obtained a patent on another style of link belt.
