And then I want to talk about a kind of a kind of a lift, a kind of a program, give or take some go buys, not a specific program, but some go buys that I had stumbled across.

And I wanted to give my two cents on this because it was it's, you know, a couple of weeks.

But again, like adding to the repertoire, I think really, dude, it's like I can't imagine.

I feel like way back in the day, if you look at like your 70s or your 80s bodybuilders, probably the technique and the actual programming was most likely dog shit.

Because what these guys appear to have been doing and looking at some of the guys like the old dudes now that were like, you know, Mr.

I mean, the dude had had has whatever, like really impressive genetics, like what the guy was working with just to start was really impressive.

But then you get in there and like, what did you really do? Like you just went balls to the wall with the heaviest chemicals you could find.

And looking back, I think we could safely say that, um, the guy that was pushing a lot of this, your Joe Weider, Joe Weider.

So I think really where, you know, we look at this and people are like, wow, man, they don't make them like Arnie no more.

You know, you're not taking everything under the fucking sun like this guy no more.

And I was, I'm not going to say exactly how old I was, but I was young enough to know now that I did not need that shit.
