But today we haven't got that time to waste because we are doing, as I said, the review show for August, and we have got just six records that we're gonna be talking about in depth.

But, uh, there is, I think, a good comprehensive spread of, you know, the TNM universe and our, and our genres, uh, in those six records.

We're gonna be talking about the new records from Weezer, Chelsea Wolfe, Electric Callboy, Living Weapon, The Night Eternal, and Zorn.

A little bit of news round up before we get into that.

First of all, everyone was going all the rage for this, uh, a- across last weekend when we were hanging out together.

Um, the news dropping that Turnstile are going to be releasing a, uh, kind of a reimagined, reworked version of Never Enough featuring a very large amount of guests.

Turnstile, right? We're very used to at this point seeing a Turnstile tour poster drop and it having, like, everyone from the most, uh, you know, kind of dingy underground things that you could feasibly put on with Turnstile through to, like, bands and artists who we would otherwise never be talking about on this show.

And it pretty much is like one of those tour posters put into record form.

I hope they're on the same song.

I hope that that's the way they've organized it-

[laughs]

... uh, all together.

Anyway, uh, the fact that those are the two names brought together, everyone obviously had a lot of fun with that.

The thing that I really hope, I think the best case scenario out of all this is that this is how Elton John hears Dying Fetus.

He goes, "Oh, that Turnstile record, I'm on that.

I wonder who else is on it." Looks up, sees his name, it's directly next to John Gallagher and co.

Uh, and then he goes and hears fucking Destroy the Opposition.

I think that is the ultimate dream scenario.

[laughs]

We d- we may never know if that comes true or not, but in my head I'm hoping that that is what's happening.

I h- I'm sure Elton John will have give that the record at least one play.

He li- like, he talked about how much he liked Never Enough as a record-
