Amann Fast-trick history on CBS, JAX finally wins, USL Cup QF set, plus much more!

But let's talk Pringstires USL Cup quarterfinal draw first because it is here.

They are set the road to the first Civil War.

of the USL season continues.

It'll be back on mid-August, right before pretty much Europe season's kickoff for the Premier League, said, yeah, top five European leagues, right before that happens.

Just remember, hey, there's something I'm missing.

It is the USL Cup, the Prince Tires.

Finally, it gives us a really fun mix.

I think you have some heavyweights.

You have also League One in the mix, a defending cup champion as well.

I think the headline tie is obvious.

Let's get into it.

It is Tampa Bay Rowdies versus Louisville at Al Lang Stadium.

This will be a heavyweight matchup for sure.

They have postseason history, especially from that run of the Eastern Conference Finals between 2020-2022.

And now they meet in the Cup for the first time.

Tampa Bay went perfect in the group stage.

Four wins from four games.

10 goals scored, only one conceded.

Louisville were almost as strong, but they took 11 points from 12 and leading all clubs with 12 goals in the group stage.

And goals are very pivotal in the group stage.

So, you know, this may just not be a cup quarterfinal.

It could be a preview of a bigger postseason collision later this in the year uh you got charlotte independence uh from league one taking on the defending champions of the usl cup hartford athletic this one may be a bit sneakier than people realize obviously hartford defending it they're still unbeaten all time in this competition And they closed the group stage with three straight wins.

Charlotte are not just, you know, this League One underdog happy to be here.

They are one of the best teams in League One this season.

They've been unbeaten at home across league and cup play.
