Karl StaibHostSo a lot of times you just have a name of a business, their email, and their phone number, or sometimes no email.
I showed them, I said, "Let me show you guys something, because you guys are not, you know...
I'm gonna show you, like, a, a little trick." So I tell them, you copy the person's name, their business name, their phone number, stick it in ChatGPT, say, "Tell me about this business." And it's telling them e- all kinds of things, like where the business is located, is that person the owner, what do they sell there, how much credit card processing do they probably do, you know?
And when they're calling up on the phone, now they have some knowledge of that business without having to sit there and Google, and read a whole bunch of stuff.

Like, there's so many different areas where you can save p- your own people time, and they, they can do all that more creative stuff, that more human-to-human type stuff.
Well, it gives them more time to f- you know, when they're getting on the phone with somebody, they know they're talk- that person is the owner, and they know what they do there, you know? And they're able to, you know, kinda guesstimate, like, well, you know, and ask them questions based on their business.
And a lot of people get AI confused with automation, and we, we've been using a ton of automation for a long time, and automation's al- important too.
And a lot of companies, which kinda aggravates me sometimes, 'cause I see companies like Apollo, Apollo, you know, where you, you can get data on people.
Like, their company was apollo.com, then it was apollo.io, and because that was cool.
