okay so we didn't even know when we decided to do this summer series like how much people would start to talk about estrangement this summer and i knew it was reaching peak levels when um katie miller steven miller's wife started tweeting about this because of course she's on x you know what i mean of course um first of all stephen miller is my nemesis has been for a long time i have so many nemeses like i have to have a plural you know what i mean yeah but katie miller she was taught she decided to jump into this and guess what she brought up the fall of the roman empire um In estrangement, leading to the fall of the Roman Empire.
Now, growing up in an evangelical home, did you hear about the fall of the Roman Empire? Yes.
So is the fall of the Roman Empire just the thing that conservatives use for whatever is upsetting them in the moment?
As long as it's not like corruption and like spending tons of money on war, like we're good to go, Katie.

But the truth is the Roman Empire just turned into the Catholic Church and we're all living under that now.
