But no relation to the context that it has to be implemented or has to be done on.

So, you know, so many people in organizations, they get promoted because they are amazing at operating, right? Like you build all of this experience and this insight and this intuition in how to, you know, do a function, run a business and better and better and better, the continuous improvement.

And growth, especially growth through innovation, which is something new that creates value, is low knowledge, high assumption.
It just brings me into thinking about, especially when you're talking about they had a strategy and then all the barriers and all that comes.
