And this week, we are going to be in one part of our Dumps to Fires conversation talking about something that stems from a national emergency.

I'm going to use those words purposely, national and emergency.

Those are things that often, like when I worked at the NSC, you would get these like 80 gajillion page packets.

You had to review for the president to approve because in theory, they were a really, really, really, really big deal because you were making exceptions to various laws and other things in order to accommodate a national emergency.
