Shabbos Chazon.

Because it's closest to Tishuvav, therefore the haftyra is the vision that Yishayahu saw.

This is the last haftyra that is connected to the series of three haftyras about the punishment that would come upon Klal Yisrael.

Shekachol sheshabbos mucho yose l'Tishuvav, kein chomer yose in apranasa.

It's understood that the closer we get to Tishuvav, the Shabbos that's closest to Tishuvav, so does the intensity of the, of the punishment that Hashem brought upon Klal Yisrael become more, uh, potent, stronger.
