Shop Talk - Episode 154

So we had Melissa's Lifetime movie, The Copycat Killer, come out end of August.

I haven't gotten a chance to watch that.

Carrie, I don't know if

you did.

It was so good.

It was like my two favorite things.

Because I'm a fan of Lifetime movies.

I don't care how cheesy they are.

I don't care if they're overdramatic.

But Melissa's acting...

it worked it was very reminiscent of like you could obviously tell she's been on a network tv show for the last um you know eight years um so it like elevated it and I thought it was like really good so

yeah I definitely need to find a way to watch that so and then the next bit of news which like I know Gina and Brenna are buzzing to talk about is Jenna's on Dancing with the Stars um

Yeah.

And we're in, what, week three? So she's made it this far.

Gina and Raina, what are your thoughts on Dancing with the Stars this season overall?

so i don't think we've talked about the show at all since it started i think we talked in the buzz but like we since the show has started we have not done any debriefs it's just been us and our group chat in the patron group that we call mirrorball manor okay um i think it's so so far so good i mean we just finished week two we're still kind of dusting off the cobwebs and things like that but uh I think the strong frontrunners right now are Ezra Freck.

He's a Paralympian.

He's a frontrunner.

Amber Glenn is my personal dark horse at the moment.

Who else is on there who's a contender? I mean, everybody has been talking about Jenna and Harry Shum Jr.

as frontrunners, but I think momentum has shifted a little bit this week more towards Amber and Ezra.

So we'll see.

Yeah.

It's too early to say top three, but I feel like my top three that i always look forward to watching is obviously jenna not just because of the rookie but um i'm also liking mora like i didn't i didn't know her before coming into the season or anything so i didn't know how her dancing would be but like that first episode with mark i was like okay she's got some potential here um and then yeah ezra freck i love him so

yeah he's so good i think if you told me i had to pick a winner today i would pick him yeah but like i still think it's anyone's game um but i i've really enjoyed it i mean the show is obviously more popular than ever and i think it's been really fun to watch it with like so many other people but yeah i'm really enjoying it i mean i really i love this show it's my favorite show i've never missed a season so yeah
