Hey, everybody, before we start the show, there's just a couple things I wanna let you know about.
First of all, no, you're not losing your mind.
We've gone out of order.
It's just a one-time thing.
The episode that's, we're supposed to be doing is Shadowboxer, if we were going chronologically.
But for this one instance, I made the executive decision to jump ahead to Vanity's Mirror.
There was a lot going on at the time.
I was particularly down, and I find Shadowboxer to be an incredibly dark episode.
I mean, they're all dark, but darker than usual episode.
And I didn't feel up to talking about it.
It was my birthday.
I abused the privilege and said, "We're going out of order.
It's my show, damn it." So we did Vanity's Mirror instead.
I thought about putting the episodes back in order the way they're supposed to be, but the energy changes in this episode.
This episode is when Maya really fell in love with the show for the first time, and it changes things.
So I didn't wanna interrupt that kind of a flow.
The other thing I wanna let you know about is that if you've been watching Friday the 13th: The Series episodes on YouTube, most of them have been pulled.
Most of them have been pulled from the internet in general.
They're slowly disappearing.
I'm gonna do my best to find links for you to watch them, but at this point, there's not much I can do.
However, there is a perfectly good box set out there that's available relatively cheaply.
When I checked last week, they were on sale at Best Buy much cheaper than they were at Amazon.
So I will put links down there in the show notes if you want to buy the box set of the show, because it's worth it.
