Uh, the, the Oklahoma thing, I...

It wasn't that I expected, and that's the problem, is like, you know, w- everybody's happy OU won that game.

And listen, I'm glad that they won the game.

I, I, it's, I didn't want them not to win the game, but it's still a very mediocre, at least offensive, football team.

And you can't count on your defense to score points for you.

You gotta have an offense that's at least good enough to put...

Now, they did put some points on the board.

It's the first time they've done it against Texas in a while.

But I, I think Texas was like a paper tiger.

I don't think Texas is as good as people were looking at them as being, and they're certainly not on offense.

So this is great, but take this and turn this into something more.

They did run the ball a little bit against Texas, and the Texas defense is good, so that was positive.

Well, the second half was a different offensive team.

I mean, they ran the ball for over 80 yards in the second half.

That's the best that they've done against a good team, to me, in, in quite a while, at least this year for sure.

So I, I thought that there was definitely some signs of encouragement for the offense.

Uh, Jomateo didn't do anything spectacular, uh, but he didn't turn the ball over.

And so two defensive touchdowns [laughs] in a game's gonna...

I mean, one defensive touchdown, uh, in games helped OU win a lot last year.

Right.

So two defensive touchdowns in a game are, I think, gonna beat pretty much anybody.

Uh, and so that was, uh...

I, I think the offense can say it was a little bit better, but I do think that, uh, that kind of win can really help.

Now, they've got a tough game coming up this week, but at least those guys, uh, in the locker room get to experience some kind of positivity and joy, uh, from beating a rival like that, that they had not had success against the last two years.
