Expansion Pass #94 - Halo Infinite Campaign Review

God, how fucking good, how fucking good is the Halo theme? It's just, like, I...

Oh my God, it fucking turns me on, and I know I don't own that music, and I apologize to everybody involved, and please don't come after me, Bill Gates.

I'm just a big fan of your fucking video game franchises.

That, and I'm just, I'm trying to promote your fucking game.

Although, let's see.

W- I don't know if I'm gonna promote your game 'cause I've got some very critical takes of this game.

Uh, like I said during that intro there, I, I have ranked the seven previous Halo campaigns.

It was on Expansion Pass number 88, so that was only six episodes ago.

Uh, so if you wanna check that out before you come back to this one, you're welcome to.

Uh, no spoilers in that one either.

Very minimal spoilers.

I break down...

I don't do the Halo Wars campaigns.

I don't care for Halo Wars, but Halo 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Halo R- uh, ODST, and Halo Reach are all ranked worst to best.

Uh, and by, at some point in this review near the end, I am gonna tell you where Halo Infinite fits into that ranking as far as I'm concerned.

Uh, before I get into the ranking, quickly, TriForce Tony wrote in on Patreon and said, "Honestly, I've never played one Halo game.

That being said, if I wanted to, where should I start?" Without question, Tony, start with Halo 1, Halo: Combat Evolved.

Your best bet is to just pick up the Halo: Master Chief Collection.

It's on Game Pass.

It's also on PC Game Pass.

It goes on sale quite frequently, and it contains Halo, uh, Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 4, Halo Reach, and Halo ODST.

They're in chronolo- or, uh, release order.

Is that chronological? No, chronological is the order of the storyline, I think.

Eh, it doesn't matter.

Anyway, play them in the release order.
