Despite what other worlds and resources they still had, his people, the Banished, the Jiralhanae, were now wandering nomads and refugees.

Even their leaders had disappeared, with Atriox and Escharum apparently missing.

Zeta Halo had reportedly disappeared from its former location along with these two leaders and all the forces they had taken with them.

The state of the galaxy had changed for the Jiralhanae, the Banished, and even Severin himself.

He has been a loyal servant only to be betrayed by the leaders of his own faith.

And then despite the suffering and the pain he's endured, he's emerged with more resolve and more powerful than ever.

I'll say it, Severin is basically Atriox 2.0 with how his story's gone.

And with this new Severin, I know I've already kind of touched on this about his eventual meeting with Captain Cole, but this new purpose-driven Severin is going to be a nightmare for the entire galaxy.

So that's a big thing about it for me.

What's also happened over the two years is it's gone from what people perceived as a Spartan v. Spartan, blue v. red team into a more fleshed out complete skirmish war game now and i think just you know recapping we've gone from blue versus red eight of the same figures with a few elites um to marines odst we've got the noble team we've got grunts we've just released jackals um there's banished characters there's two complete factions atriox has come out So, you know, you kind of got two really fleshed out factions and that's developed over time.

What it did mean is that we discovered that there was a few keywords that needed balance and just needed working out.

And so just about a couple of weeks ago, a month ago, we finally dropped Spartan Rulebook 1.5. And that's not a new edition.

And then I had a change of heart and realized, oh, no, I'm just I'm a banished fanboy.

Like I am pure team Atriox, pure banished.

And so now we are the banished covenant split here on the cast.

Still no UNSC.

the irony is like both of their lists are essentially the two things i i want to play in flash right now and i would be playing if i went to this tournament right like yep it'd either be a jaga focus like lift jaga as high as we can and also enjoy the enforcer because he is my new favorite model in the entire game as shocking no one right right and then and then the other list which is just this like banished salad we'll call it and it's a little bit of an all-comers list and it's of course four wide which you guys know i love and the fact that it's got four wide but it's got some strong models and i think is really really telling kevin but

speaking of banished salad That's kind of the, that's the direction I'm taking things.

Now I've been doing four and five model lists now with Atriox and I've been having a great time.

Atriox and some grunts tossing an elite in there.

Some Spartans had escaped the initial shutdowns and were going underground, preparing for guerrilla warfare.

And there was another faction, one that had been watching the Created's rise with interest, the Banished, a mercenary organization led by a Jiralhanae named Atriox operating in former Covenant space.

They had fought the Covenant before it fell, had survived the Created's initial assault through sheer tactical brilliance and willingness to abandon worlds rather than defend them.

They did not submit to the Created.

They did not resist openly.

They simply vanished, taking their forces to hidden bases, to installations the Created had not yet discovered, and they waited because Atriox understood something fundamental about empires built on control.

They always fall.

The only question was when.

The evidence would suggest that he also survived the MAC strike and fled with the rest of the Banished.

What this means, Captain, Osman added, is that until we get word from UNSC Infinity or have confirmation of Atriox's return from Zeta Halo, Severin remains a top priority target.

Finding and eliminating him is of preeminent importance.

We don't want a replay of what just happened on Earth's doorstep.

I love that they're next to each other.

Because if I compare that across to the Banished, so let's say I'm playing, let's go with the list that I ran when I won the recent event.

It was Atriox, Tavares, and a Warrior.

So I have one model that can't be pinned, and I have two that can.

The Spartans have two models that can't be pinned in one that can.

So having played some recent games with grunts and jackals, I have now moved away from...

I love my Jirahane hunting party, and I will continue to play them and main them and be the best I can be for the Jirahane.

But I also have been really enjoying playing Atriox alongside some Grunts and Jackals and Elites and whatever other units I have here.

Because yes, you end up in the scenario where a wider Atriox list is actually quite competitive.
