How many years has it been now? And the reason I'm asking is because the industry's changed eight years ago.

The reason I ask that is because the industry's changed so much as far as needing a visible office as much, in my mind.
And actually, it's changed, in my opinion, I think it's changed more in the last year than it has in the last five years.
But again, I feel like we become our own island, and we have to kind of get back to the basics of being with people.
Like you have to be every time I will say, and I say this to all the newer agents that come into CB because I always try to give them some pointers because I want to see, I just feel like if we're all successful, it benefits all of us.
I said, the best thing you can do is not sit at home on your laptop, come into the office and be on your laptop because the conversations you hear will spark a deal.
I mean, every time I go into the office and It's like I can just conjure a deal.
Because you know of someone who's not maybe at the top of your mind, but in the background, and then you hear about something and you go, oh my gosh, you know what? Six months ago, they told me that's something they were looking for.
