Who do we want to be like? What sort of lifestyle do we want? And they veered a little bit westwards, not just westwards on the Isle of Wight, but westwards on the south coast of the UK.
And they were kind of the one who was supposed to be driving thought, hey, this sounds good.
So what we're talking about there, of course, for those that might not have been have been dozing through the news the last couple of days, there has been a mega dinghy set sail from the Bay of Seine in Brittany.
And of course, there's been... various shades of shade thrown uh about this whole situation which we won't necessarily dwell on on this happy podcast episode um but a lot of embarrassment i think has been caused by many of our country folk um However, you know, coming straight towards Isle of Wight, so the Bembridge lifeboat and the Yarmouth lifeboat were dispatched by the Coast Guard to ensure the safety of the 140 plus souls on board this mega dinghy and brought them safely ashore so they could then be processed and dealt with, as is the only way we're currently resourced to do it at the moment.
But therein lies another story as to why that is the only way we can do these things.
