Skiathos

next week so i don't know when this is going to be posted but if someone if it goes up around the time i'm back or something and there's suddenly just loads of tick tocks of me on holiday don't get the wrong impression yeah my first holiday in seven years it's not regular scheduled programming

oh well i hope you have the best time first thank you yes that's incredible where are you going Skiathos, where they filmed Mamma Mia.

Oh my god, I'm so jealous.

Girls trip, no kids.

And I hope to go back there again in October.

And my next on my list is Seville, Tuscany and Skiathos.

It's about five hours there, five hours back.

Favourite one has got to be Skiathos for me, just because it's where my family went on holiday about four times when I was a kid.

Probably my mum's favourite place to go on holiday.

And it's an interesting operation.

I've had my mum on board twice.

Oh.

I most recently took her to Skiathos, which made me very happy.

That must be so good.

Now, I've got a disclosure.

I've just recently come back from a week in Skiathos and I went into the sea and I did a wee.

Oh, yeah.

I didn't wee in the pool.

So on holiday, well, to be fair, on holiday, we both give each other the ick multiple times a day.

We're just like, oh, we just kept going, oh, sorry, ick, oh, God.

So first of all, in Skiathos, the streets are very cobbled.

And there was this one street that was particularly bad.

Yes, it was a two-centre wedding for a variety of logistical reasons, guest list reasons, visas from South America not allowing people to travel into continental Europe easily.

without having to travel the length and breadth of the continental Americas to secure said visas, meant we ended up having a fairly large wedding in London and a fairly large wedding in Skiathos in Greece, which was our daughter's dream location for her wedding, which therefore was the main wedding location.

London just grew arms and legs, which was Nuptial's one.

And that took place on the 4th of July.

I was kilted up and I think it was sweat was dripping off me and rivulets.

We spoke about that last episode.

Nuptials 2 took place in Skiathos, Skiathos Town.

And Tim...

Yeah.

In Skiathos.

Yeah.

And Skiathos, I think was, for that night, was full of very angry looking, tense English people, really hoping, really sunburnt, just, just hoping that we're gonna win the [laughs] semifinal.

Found a pub, lost, and then it kind of felt that we could enjoy the holiday.
