And I think, yeah, we're trying to milk Champs for as much as we can here with one final episode of our, our five main takeaways.

Some I think are quite obvious, but I think it's worth talking about, uh, as well as the team selection for Europeans as well, which we've gotta go through too.

Yeah, these takeaways are gonna be very personal, essentially, to Propulsion Swimming.

What we felt on poolside, what we felt in the mix zone speaking to our athletes.

Mm-hmm.

In the midst of what was heavy, heavy sleep deprivation that week.

Uh, we haven't overly touched upon it, but, like, we were working till 2:00 AM every night, getting back at, to the pool, or getting up at least at 7 o'clock, getting back to the pool.

We were in a hostel in the center of London, in what I've described to several people as staying in a coffin because we were in a wooden box.
