It takes up so much recording.

Obviously Freya Colbert does it as well now.

You've gotta have a camera out.

It's probably gonna get in the way a little bit of some of the stuff you're doing especially for, for those more serious moments.

Angharad setting the, the fastest ever women's split in the, in the hundred meter breaststroke as part of the women's medley relay, which obviously w-was a gold medal winning relay as well.

So pretty remarkable time in what was an incredible race as well, with Freya Colbert getting the touch right at the end and, you know, fantastic for, for those or for the group of girls to, to get another gold medal to their name.

But in, in that fashion was, was quite special as well.

well.Four girls contributed, uh, really well to that.

And then, yeah, a number of bronze medals too with, um, Max Litch- Litchfield in the men's 400 IM, Lauren Cox in the women's 50 back.

Freya Colbert with a really nice swim there in the women's 200 freestyle, um, which I think is probably playing a part in why the, the women's four by two, um, is going from strength to strength and I know that's something that we're, we're going to ask Luke Guy about.

Um, and we'll definitely be asking him about his brother James's swim as well, 'cause that was, was very impressive.

Um, so yeah, some, some really strong swims across the board.
