And that's kind of what Daystar was doing all week long when they had their no heart for the world, and I was kind of hoping that they weren't going to do the miracle selling.
They continued on as their mother and father did in times past with the miracle selling, because it's profitable, it works.
And it's been my life's mission for the past 30 years, mainly, to see an end to the seed faith gospel as far as sow your seed and meet your need, when it's supposed to be sow your seed and meet somebody else's need, because that's true Christianity.
It is the Wild West, and, uh, somebody said, "Well, how could you use demonic imagery when you're talking about Rebecca and her shameless play for miracles last week when she was telling people to sow $50 a month?" So I said, "Well, who do you think was telling her to do that? God? Do you think God was telling her to tell people to give $50 to get a miracle?" No.
It has nothing to do with God, and it's shameless, but Daystar doesn't miss a beat, even though they have hundreds of millions of dollars in property and TV stations and insurance policies and all kinds of, uh, selling their, some of their stations to the, uh, to sell, to people that wanted cell towers, and they made hundreds of millions of dollars doing that.
It's all about helping people to realize that if they give money to Daystar, they will be blessed.
What's wrong with the truth? What's wrong with telling people, "Would you like to donate to our ministry?" Why can't you just tell people the truth instead of, uh, telling them to name their seed and, and, uh, to put on their pledge what they're believing God for? It's just not right.
Anyway, what I like to see, and that's the reason I don't solicit donations, is because I would like to see people.
Because, you know, when you have a friend, right, when you have a friend or your relative and you're thinking about giving them a gift, you think about it, right? You think about it and you say to yourself, wow, it's their birthday or I just love them, so I'm going to send them a gift.
