So, so what does, what does operating a, a submarine teach someone about pressure? Because that, that can't be an easy job.

And so you, you train for war, right? You, you don't, you don't perform on game day how you want.

I, I think one thing is if you don't ever really push yourself in life, right, if you've just kinda coasted through life, you don't really know where your breaking point is.

I can tell you my breaking point was about five days with three hours of sleep at some point.

And so you really, the more stress and the more pressure you put on somebody...

Uh, I say this, uh, diamonds are made by putting carbon under a incredible amount of pressure.

Humans are made of carbon, so if you wanna get to somebody's best self you need to put a lot of pressure on 'em and turn that carbon and that person into a diamond where they find out who they really are and what their character really is.

And not everything that you see After the pressure's gone and you reflect back on how you acted, not all of it's gonna be exactly how you wish you were.
