Yeah, so we started with 7 a.m. Mass, and I took advantage of preaching a little longer homily for the special day, speaking about the Our Father.

And it occurred to me this morning, preparing for Mass, to think about the Eucharist as the bread of sonship.

And to think, because it just came this morning to me, so I haven't had a time to bring together all the scriptural references or passages, but to think about sonship and the banquet, like the prodigal son.

What father would give a stone when the son asked for a piece of bread? There seems to be a link with sonship and the bread of the Eucharist, or, you know...

Luke chapter 11, there's that parable about the man with the children in his house and three loaves of bread.

And then in the afternoon, after some lunch, we came back and had a Eucharistic healing holy hour.

And so, you know, I preached maybe a 10, 12 minute fervorino there and Father Miguel helped and there was... opportunities uh to uh receive you know the eucharistic blessing and to bring the lord all our what we're carrying with us healings we're asking for and so it sort of ended with uh with that and so i think you know three main kind of events throughout the day great turnout i was surprised how many people came out and how far people like drove uh in from for for the day it

really a rainy day and so we're up at the shrine of the most blessed sacrament mother angelica built the shrine she's deceased she's buried here and the poor clairs of perpetual adoration started these sodality days i forget the official title is it eucharistic sodality yeah so if anybody's interested you get on their website uh the shrine and you can sign up for this and you know be part of it have some prayer commitments and these these gathering sodality days people come together you can meet others who are in the movement and I feel like it was a real inspiration for the sisters.

It was just so in line, obviously, with their charism of adoration and to reach out to people.
