My Instagram feed or our podium Instagram feed is just full of people either, athletes either on the piss, basically, on holiday, or they've gone to altitude to train, to get ahead for something.

It'll be their first sort of pre-season block before they come back and maybe take their foot off the gas a little bit and then go back into training and then keep on.

I don't understand how it would work really, but you're off for such a long time and you're not like, um, I try and put it back into a sports team environment.

I mean, in football, they don't have that much time off, but I always think like, I'm not an NFL fan, but the off season is so long.

What do you do all that time? They get to spend time as a team, but on your own, it's quite a long time between, especially not doing the indoor season, that you finish in September and you don't start again until when like...

may yeah when you actually back on the track in a race for the first time april or may

how do you keep yourself your mind actually like ticking over if you decide not to do yours
at first i think it's like a relief that you're not thinking about because you know that conveyor belt of races when you use like another race coming at you you know again again again championships and like you spend a few months being just relieved.
Like if I get sick now, I'm going to miss this race or, so you just kind of settle into that.
I think if they like training, then they'll settle into November, December, January and just, just love the grind and just get on with it and, and, and kind of settle into that.
Um, But if you're not, if you're the person that needs that race to hold you accountable or keep you on the straight and narrow, stop you drifting, stop you going through the motions, then you'll see some people do a bit more park runs.
You'll see 8-15 runners run a 10K around about Christmas, New Year, like their local 10K, just to have a bit of accountability.

mean, Jake, Jake Whiteman, I think he did do a, he did something like a strange distance.
