Yeah, I, you know, I was lucky to come to a club at Reading, which we... and we'll come on to this, you know, we had a culture that enabled players like me to develop, gave them the trust on the pitch to develop.

These days, there's a very kind of fast fashion approach to football, which is you... you sink or swim.

It was, if you think the average tendency of a manager is 14 months, so we need you to swim ASAP.

And we, myself and the other players, hit Reading at a very, very good time because that was a club that wasn't used to success.

It was a decent sized championship club, which is the league below the Premier League.

Everybody that was there recognised that if we don't stop, reset and try and build something, we're just going to be chasing our tail the whole time.

And so I was very, very lucky to have the opportunity to embed myself into a culture like that.

So when I went to Cambridge, which is my first professional club, it was where we're generating players to sell.

So we need to trust them to do what it is that we want them to do, what we believe that they're capable of.

If we trust our scouting network and we trust our coaches and we trust the way that we want to move the club forward off the pitch, then it stands to reason we have to trust these guys to deliver for us on the pitch.
