But I think it ties hand in hand as well because what we haven't mentioned is sort of during the period where you were starting your running journey and through COVID, you also started your own business, The Social Sandwich.

So, you'd already done socials and some cool things with Survivor and I'm a Celebrity, which I'd like to get into because I think...

And particularly for me and looking at different runners that I've connected with via social media are almost like family.

I don't know these people personally, but it's like you go to a running event with them and it's like, wow, like we've connected so much through social media that it's almost like these are your best mates.

I think, yeah, I spent, yeah, a number of years like in the social media world, like this kind of started in sport and then was in the TV side.

And even like when I was at Channel 10, yeah, I was... running the socials for, for the survivor pages and I'm a celebrity and, but also like the 10 sports I was working on like the big bash, um, and like the supercars.

I left that world and started my own business and wanted to, I guess like work with like smaller businesses and not in that corporate world and be, be your own boss, control your own hours, all that kind of stuff.

I was running with, like speaking of like just people you meet, you know, you kind of like, I really like at those events, like I love just like finding people to chat to and just kind of like lock in and just like have chats about whatever you can kind of think about.

And so, yeah, shout out to Jordan who, yeah, and it turns out was just blew down the road for me in Wollongong and yeah, kind of was running with him and a few guys for a while.

And then they dropped off and it was just me and him probably for like 30 of like the last 30 Ks, I reckon we did it together.

And he really helped me just like get through the 50 and like mentally just through the tough parts where, you know, things were challenging, like just being able to talk to him and, you know, process things and, at one stage i was like oh mate like i'm thinking of starting an instagram account and he's like i think it was a doctor or like training to be a doctor and so he's like cool like i don't know but i think i had like a bit of an epiphany like maybe i should try and start like a page for my running i think it was largely because i was posting a lot of my personal page about it and i realized my mates didn't really give a about you know my my 10k like 20k weekend longy with like amazing views like my friends just and not many of them are really that like into running and so i was like maybe i could save them the you know them seeing all of my like running posts and i can not feel guilty about just like becoming you know being people i'm like i'll put it off And then I think as well, because I had my business page, you know, I'm throwing that and like, I've been able to sustain a business, a lot of it through like Instagram.

Can I find a niche? Can I build an audience to just for fun? And then maybe that can lead to, partnerships maybe that feedback into my business like and then also i could just like use the brief points as a bit of a case like i

Because I think initially you were trying to sort of be, I think, like educational in terms of what you were producing.
