You know, it's like if there's some sort of dis-ease, if there's some sort of weirdness inside, like, can I talk to mom about this? Can I talk to dad about this? Whereas you interact with a screen.

It's like we're in a culture now that many, not all, but many people will sometimes use something like chat GPT as their therapist.
which is which is a whole other thing which is a whole other conversation i have so many opinions on that i have so many opinions you can't replace
can't replace therapy with a with ai exactly it's a great sounding board but i a lot of times chat gbt does lead you back to talking to an actual therapist or does recommend you to talk to a therapist that's a whole other rabbit hole but i mean i use chat gbt a ton i use it a ton i use it for I have to prep my podcast episodes because I have all my prompts and it reorganizes it and it spits it out in a way I like it.
And then I just edit it and it's super quick.
I can do a week's worth in 20 minutes.
Exactly.
And all the fun stuff, right? I use it for work like almost every day because it's like, okay, maybe I'm typing a message really fast, but I want it to sound like like a real manager sent it or something.
So I'm having it rewrite things for a better tone or approach or delivery, depending on what audience I'm talking to.
And it's a great tool.
It's a fantastic tool.
It should absolutely be used, but it shouldn't be used for things that you need a person for.
