Shouldn't mean a ton for Green Bay unless there's a couple injuries on the offensive line.
Uh, Chris Brooks was not practicing on Thursday, nor was Jacob Monk or Aaron Banks.
I know you're listening on Saturday, but this is our latest injury update that we have.
But looks like Monk, Banks, and Brooks might be the three, uh, active Packers that could miss this game for Green Bay.
Um, I would assume we might see Pierre Strong off the practice squad as the third running back if Chris Brooks can't go, but, uh, everything else should m- remain pretty normal I would think.
And it's always funny what happens with, with bringing these guys in and then, you know, immediately you've got two guys that are not on IR but certainly are off, off the, off the, the playing list.
Aaron Banks is, it would be just really interesting to see how his season goes, if at all.
The problem is you can't trade him 'cause the, the salary cap hit, I'm guessing.
Um, but, you know, Lincoln Tomlinson is a very competent player, and if, you know, if he, if it's true that he was, you know, kind of being hampered by an injury, then he's healthy now.
And when, you know, he was kind of dealing when he was on the practice squad or he was in San Fran, right? Like I, I would ma- If, if, if he continues to play just at a, a very kind of like, you know, he's playing like a 6 or 7 out of 10 every da- e- every week, like I'm not taking him out of the lineup.
You know, the, the, the bandwidth is way higher for, for Banks, but, or the flo- the ceiling might be higher, but so is the floors lower.
E- especially if they get some level of continuity, too, and they start actually playing pretty well together as a group, like that would be the other one is just do you really wanna upset the apple cart for Aaron Banks to go in, and then maybe he plays decent for a week, but then he gets hurt again, and you miss time, and you have to go back to Tomlinson.
