Sean McVay was asked on Monday, do you regret having Garrett play last week in Australia?

We thought it was something that we'd be able to kind of manage.

Garrett did not record a tackle in the Rams' 27-7 loss to the 49ers.

Head coach Sean McVay said today the team knew after the game that it was more serious.

We had been aware of this, thought it was something that he would be able to work through.

Obviously, being out there and playing in a real game, you learn like, hey, maybe that's not the case.

After that loss to the 49ers, a loss in which the Rams were sluggish, and Sean McVay looked shell-shocked a time or two.

And after the game, he talked about how, well, this doesn't define us.

So I'm having some fun at their expense.

Look, I'm pretty tough on, I'm not as tough on Kyle Shanahan as TC, but I can be tough on Kyle Shanahan, but it feels like he owns Sean McVay.

Yeah, he's right about Raheem Morris.

And I think it's great that he was able to out-coach his former head coach because they were together with the Rams, McVay and Morris.

So you know that they'd gone against each other a lot and they discussed a lot of things.

The 49ers definitely won the chess match and they won the fight.
