The NFC East is BROKEN! | Giants, Rams, and NFL Week 6 Breakdown

He came in in relief of Mr. Jameis Winston.

And, you know, we talk about the experience.

We talk about the Jameis Winston experience.

And, boy, did it come into fruition.

And it was an absolute rough start for Jameis.

And we kind of knew.

We kind of had a feeling that, Mr.

Winston was going to possibly, you know...

lose this job, right? Once they traded for J.J.

McCarthy, you kind of knew it was inevitable that J.J. was going to start for the New York football giants, right? It was inevitable.

They brought him in for a reason.

They liked him years back, you know, in the draft process.

And he fits the system better than Jameis Winston, quite frankly, because he does a lot of what Jackson Dart does, you know? So they got someone who can do what, you know, What Jackson can do, and they wanted that type of player.

And I understood exactly why.

Whether I feel like JJ can be a long-term starter, that's...

I'm not quite sure.

But...

They needed a quarterback that was going to fit what they do.

And JJ does that.

And when he came in, you kind of knew, okay, it's inevitable that he's going to start.

It's just a matter of when.

And if he didn't start, that would be a big indictment on him and probably would make me feel like his NFL career is not going to be a long one.

But, you know, this game...

It's crazy that a team like the Giants may have had a trap game.

You know, the Saints have played some close games for their season.
