Okay, honestly, Adam, I'm not that much prepared because we brewed that beer the first time three years ago, even more, maybe four years ago.

Hoppy at the same time, so very drinkable, low alcohol, different from what we know.

It's probably not at all perfectly in style, but this is something that you can tell us better than me because I haven't been drinking it since a long time.

But with something new, something from California and something from Italy, put it together.

I see Italian-grown Araclea Pilsner malt, so an heirloom variety of Pilsner malt, Idaho-grown Saaz hops, and what's described as dreamy fresh green Pilsner.
