I think, you know, time, time, time, time, time, time is money and everything is about coordinating.

zero meetings in a week i but how do you get how do you get things done with people i well i do a lot of voice notes i do a lot of a lot of loom recordings and then in general what i do on a weekly base so short version i'm the founder of coco development group we are 1500 people in core organization we have 400. if i look at how many people We have hired an average since we started.

We look at something like every second and a half day in average, we hired a new person.

So why am I saying this? Because you ask, how am I getting things done? Every week I put down, what am I using my hours on? It's just ChatGPT makes an analysis of what I'm doing.

spending my hours on it can do for my notes and so on and all of that I turn into a job description so I coordinate things I work on the business not in the

business but the people you take on I mean obviously any 400 1500 you know you're not managing every individual person but I mean I assume you've got some you've got direct reports who report directly into you you know senior management team directors

If you want to have people to think by themselves, then let them fly as butterflies, I used to say.

If you want to have a person coming in and having an innovative mindset, then I think it's not good to put people into way too much structure.

So how many direct reports would you have under you? Before we started recording, you mentioned a head of construction, for example, and a couple of other people you've taken on.

And as I used to say, Anna takes care of all the boring things I don't want to take care of.

So, for example, when our CFO comes with reports to me, I have a background in finance myself.
