to the U.S. Embassy.

Now, this is where the minister is either complicit or negligent.

I'll tell you why.

Yesterday, when the Ministry of Sports had their own presser, they indicated that there has been a correspondence between the U.S. Embassy and himself to confirm or otherwise some list that emanated from the NSA, which list he told the embassy after conferring with Yampafanka whether or not they are staff of the NSA or not.

And he told the U.S. Embassy that they are not staffed.

So it means that there has been a certain kind of misrepresentation from the NSA to the U.S. Embassy.

What that means is that there has been a red flag that has been raised.

Wrong signs have been issued.

So any list that will have to emanate from the NSA will have to be given a different kind of diligence and a different kind of attention.

The minister cannot simply say that he wants a conveyor belt.

It is wrong, it is incompetence for the minister to say that I was a conveyor belt and I failed to play my oversight responsibility over an agency that has been given to me to superintend over or to have an oversight over.

So an agency gives you 90 names.

An agency that has already been flagged by the U.S. Embassy that they are in the business of misrepresenting names to us.

Then you simply ferry those names to the U.S. Embassy and say that it wasn't me, Shaggy.

But it was the agencies who did that.

That cannot

be the case.
