Send us a text! Five years after first releasing our conversation with *Existential Kink* author Carolyn Elliott, we return to Episode 40 in memory…
Carolyn ElliottGuestDougHostMikeHostShalicePanelistSo with that in mind, let's talk about episode 40.
So this, we're going back like, five years, right? Yeah.
Yeah.
Essentially
this would have been, cause back then we were doing it weekly.
And so 40 would have been, we would, we hadn't hit our one year anniversary yet when we did this episode.
Well, and I know, I mean, I comment during the episode that I'm 40 years old.
So, I mean, it's, it's, it's literally, well, I mean, it's five and a half years ago.
Really fun to listen to for me.
I don't know.
What are some of the things that stood out to you?
One, just how delightful Carolyn was, like how graceful she was to come on.
Like we were new podcast, but a lot of people didn't know about us at the time.
And like, she's just a delight.
She explains things so well around.
I mean, it's interesting because when I first heard that, When we recorded the episode, you know, I was like a Jungian enthusiast, like diving in for like the last...
But I was new to it.
Like I was a year and a half...
I think I say in the episode that I'm a year and a half in to like diving deep into Jungian psychology.
But I hadn't even...
I don't think I'd even applied to go to school yet.
And so it's interesting hearing that kind of like that wide-eyed wonder from it.
But then she does...
She explains Jung very well.
