S5 E16 - Sounds Like I'm Coping

But I want to start by discussing some new ABA uniforms being unveiled for this season.

And, yeah, these look really cool.

The Nets – The Nuggets, the Pacers and the Spurs are all breaking out new uniforms and courts to honor ABA heritage.

So they're not really new uniforms.

They're just new versions of the classics from that time period.

And I don't know, Joe, if you had a chance to see them all, but I really like the Nets ones.

I just I love the red, white and blue like that.

Just like it's cool.

They all posed well.

in the jerseys with the old school ABA red, white, and blue basketballs.

The Brooklyn Nets logo, they made it into the red, white, and blue ball.

I just, I love that look.

And to me, like that kind of like, symbolizes the ABA.

Like I immediately think of like Dr. Jade.

I think of like those Nets jerseys and just that whole era.

So those ones to me really stood out.

But the Pacers ones are cool.

I would have said those Pacers are my favorite out of them.

Pacers.

I wasn't a huge fan of the Nuggets and Orange, but

all the Pacers.

Yeah, I agree that the nuggets ones to me just kind of like, I mean, when I think of the old school nuggets, like I think of the rainbow ones, like those are the ones that I kind of, you know, those are the ones that I think back to the most.

And then.

The Spurs ones are okay.

I mean, they're not, like, too dissimilar from, like, the look that they pretty much always had.
