Jonathan Mogbo

I think there's more offensive skills than people give him credit for.

I see a lot of Jonathan Mogbo comparisons and stuff.

He is so much better offensively than Jonathan Mogbo ever has been.

But I think Zuby can make an impact.

I wonder whether or not he'll get the opportunity to impact in atlanta because obviously they already have a nyaka kong who's already an undersized center zuby might get some minutes at the four but they have a lot of guys in that space as well so it's gonna be tough for him to get consistent minutes i think he's gonna spend a lot of time in the g league and that might be a good thing for him and as somebody who's gonna cover the g league I'll get the chance to see him, which is super fun.

He is giving every player on the roster a look in the preseason.

So Jonathan Mogbo, Leaky Black, and Tristan Newton all played in this game, as did Emmanuel Sharp, who's played in every game now, and Alex Caravan, who has played in every game.

And...

I said this the last time we had a pod with Six Quick Thoughts, but Jonathan Mogbo, who's on a two-way contract for the Kings, I'm confused why he's not in the NBA.

I was confused before the Kings signed him, and now I'm even more confused tonight.

He had 12 points.

Really, really interesting, long, athletic player.

defensive minded guys.

It included a bunch of players playing that you were like, "Huh, I did not know I was gonna see Flagler play.

I did not see Jonathan Mogbo getting massive minutes." But that's kinda the way they did it.

All right.

Let's dive into six quick thoughts.

Got Caraban out of UConn.

Mogbo, former Raptor.

Cardwell, who I like as a solid shot-blocking backup center.

Alfred Payton.

They traded for Alpha Cabba and gave up Devin Carter in a trade with Atlanta.

They added Jonathan Mogbo from the Toronto Raptors in free agency.

They drafted a couple guys that I like, Darius Acuff Jr., Alex Caraban, 29th overall with Caraban, 7th overall for Acuff.

They got a bunch of unsigned free agents, Doug McDermott, Patrick Baldwin, Russell Westbrook, who's retired, Killian Hayes, who probably should retire.

Also, just to add a couple of things, Perry also reset his two-way roster.

He signed Adam Flagler and Jonathan Mogbo.

I really like Mogbo.

He's a super long athletic defender.

That's 10.

That does not mention Ben Simmons, Alex Caravan, Emmanuel Sharp, and Jonathan Mogbo, and Daquan Plowden as well.

He came up pretty big last year.

He deserves probably something.

Any of those names stand out to you?

I mean, Mogbo did for a little bit there, and I was tempted to say him, but then you said A.J. Mitchell.

Like, it's A.J. Mitchell.

It is A.J. Mitchell.
