My name is Dr. Gwen Adshead, and I'm a consultant forensic psychiatrist and a psychotherapist.

I'm trained as a group analyst, but I'm also trained in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and I'm trained in mentalization-based therapy as well.

And I've worked with mainly most of my working life has been not all, but mostly with people who've been perpetrators of serious violence, as well as people who've been victims of serious violence.
