And then, of course, it's what does even a date mean, right? Um, spending time, quality time with intention, I think is uber important, and that could be sitting at the table, like my partner and I do on a regular basis, playing cards, or designating time.

Like a couple of weeks ago, we were like, "What do we wanna do tonight?" And I s- and I, of course, I was like, oh, like we drop in and go, "What would make me happy," you know? And then I was like, "What about this?" And we went on this date to, uh, a local restaurant, and we just, we-- It was a very expensive restaurant, and it was like, well, do we really wanna spend all that money? But we wanted to be together and have a new experience, and so we ordered appetizers, we ordered drinks.

It was spending quality, intentional time away from the busyness, away from the to-do list, and honoring us as a couple because we all, as human beings, we go to sleep.

We get comfortable with what is, and sometimes, sadly, we take our partners for granted, and we go into, okay, this is just the way it is, and we just keep going.

So I think it's uber important to find those moments, find those times to designate this is our time.


But one of the things that stood out in what you just said was we changed the scenery.

this regular routine, and we stepped outside that, and that could be simple like a hike.

It could be going to a different restaurant you never experienced, and it could just be doing something inexpensive or something expensive.
