#1392: New York Comic Con 2026

So let me explain a little bit about New York Comic-Con and then I will get into what I did at New York Comic-Con.

So New York Comic Con just celebrated its 20th anniversary.

It's at a place called the Javits Center, which is kind of like the big convention center in New York City.

It is huge.

It is very large.

In fact, I believe the population of New York Comic Con is larger.

I think San Diego Comic Con is like... 135,000-ish.

And I think this was somewhere between 200 and 250.

I'm not sure the exact amount for New York Comic Con, but it's larger.

But in San Diego, it spills out into the hotels.

This just sort of stays contained to the Javits Center.

So let me talk a little bit about the Javits Center.

What exactly is at New York Comic Con? Well, first, there's a large floor for all the different places.

And you can visit different people, different companies, or different people selling their wares, or all sorts of different cool things.

We were there.

Magic had a booth on the floor.

In fact, you started at one end.

We first walked in.

If you went into the very first entrance, we are the very first booth in the very first entrance.

We had a decent sized booth.

So our booth had two sides to it, essentially.

One side was a Marvel side.

And as I'll get into, we spent a lot of time talking about the new Marvel set.

And that was playing up our new Marvel set.

And it had beginner boxes, Marvel Super Heroes beginner boxes, and some beginner decks, starter decks.
