He has been, he's a proper old school man, proper old school, traditional butler.

He started his careers like decades back, working his way up through some of the best five-star hotels in London.

Like, you know, the hotels that are like unrecognizable now to what they were.

And he did a full career through the hotels and then started doing private work.

And more recently, I set up his own business offering sort of doing private events and other services as well.

His stories, man, he's got more stories than I think anyone I've ever spoken to.
