Julie Baker Returns!

Can I ask you a question?

Absolutely.

Your jersey is green, and it says Saskatchewan.

Yes.

Did you wear this because of Chapel Roan?

Because

when I first heard that song a few months ago, I thought about you.

That is, it's actually insane.

Apparently, we've actually gotten a boost in tourism since she started, like, since she, like, teased that song a couple weeks ago.

Uh, and, uh, and then since she released the song, yeah, it's like blowing up like Jimmy or no, Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Fallon last night did a whole bit about her talking about Saskatchewan.

And he said, all these other songs talk about Saskatchewan, but they haven't blown up.

And he played a montage of like fake songs that they inserted Saskatchewan into.

Uh, so it's, uh, it's crazy how like chapel runs.

It's crazy how huge she is.

Like dropping a

teaser of a song could affect our tourism.

Our tourism.

What's Saskatchewan like? Before I tell you my little chaperone story.

So Saskatchewan is, it's prairies.

So it's mostly farms with cities scattered throughout.

But like our entire province, which is very large, has a million people total.

So we've got one city with 300,000, one with like 250,000, and then a bunch of smaller cities.

And then it's all farms until you get to like the northern half of the province.

And it's all forests and lakes and forests.

Okay.
