When…What Can the Righteous Do?

It's not a secret that Islamists, this is as distinct from Muslims.

I always make that distinction.

Some people don't, they just lump them all together.

They are targeting your state in particularly.

There are other states as well.

Well, Paris and New Jersey, Dearborn, Michigan, I mean, they're all over the country, but they're targeting your state with their ideology.

an ideology that is totally in conflict with our American founding principles and the separation of powers and freedom of religion.

They always talk about democracy, but what they think about democracy, they want to use democracy to destroy democracy.

And so we really are at a very critical time in our history, very, very significant time.

And these Islamists and the preachers, if you listen to them, watch them on the social media, they are vowing to impose Islamic Sharia, which is their system of law on schools, particularly they're focusing on schools and city councils and politics and yes, even the judiciary.

And I want to start by telling you something that you already know.

History repeats itself.

History repeats itself.

Perhaps there is no place where this statement is more true than in all of our biblical history.

History repeats itself is not a cliche.

Please listen to me.

It's not a cliche.

It's a profound historical occurrence.

We see this again and again in the Scripture.

We see it in the repetitive history in the Word of God.

From the Garden of Eden and the man's fall to the 21st century, it's the same thing.

It just keeps repeating itself.

We see how disobedience and compromise of the gospel of Jesus Christ brings about disasters.

Perhaps we see this cyclical history very vividly in the book of Judges.

How many times, when you read the book of Judges, I've been reading the Bible through every year for decades now.
