But the premise of this is a little bit different than some business books.

One of my absolute biggest challenges with business books is so often you get a business book, you read the business book.

It does a phenomenal job of laying out the issue and the problem and gives you absolutely no way to solve it.

And that just drives me nuts because it's like this never-ending chain of stuff.

And you're like 13 books in and you still don't have the answer that you need from the original problem statement.

So instead in MIME, I've got 24 chapters and each chapter is its own vignette, its own topic.

Share what the issue is, very clearly say how you can address it, and then give you very easy next steps.

So like in the chapter talking about asking for a raise, there's an email template and they're telling you, here's how you ask for a raise.

You know, I don't want you to, I don't just want to say, write an email and ask for it.

And it's all predicated on using you, your tribe, your close in people who love, trust everything that you can be vulnerable with them, share your issues, share what's working, share what's not, get that feedback.

But it's all designed about how you can see how you're being limited by yourself or by your organization or whatever, and then how you can address it.
