10/16/26 Hour 1 - Broncos beat the Seahawks, Bo Nix continues to play ultra conservatively, Jeff Legwold joins the show

We are KKSC-FM HD1 Broomfield, Denver, Boulder.

Boys, you should know while, uh, we were at the Broncos game, we were also, by the magic of the internet, watching you guys broadcast high school football last night.

How did, how'd everything go there?

You know, um, it, it ...

Look-

Not exactly a nailbiter.

Yeah, but [sighs] look-

[laughs]

... we got the game we were expecting.

How about I say that? But you know what? The kids played hard.

There are good players on Pine Creek.

Where I feel bad for Pine Creek, they have a good team.

Nate and I have called some really good games with that team, especially when Moreno, their normal quarterback, 'cause, uh, now the kid that played last night, he fought his rear end off.

He showed a lot of heart.

He kept getting hit, but he's basically ...

He should be their tight end, man.

He, uh, he, he-

I did the, uh, the Bear Bachmeier comp.

You did.

He reminds me of Bear Bachmeier.

You did.

And so-

That's how he plays.

But guys, if, I mean, if you wanna know something about that game, the best quarterback in the state of Colorado-

Yeah
