It's close to the old US military, so it has, like, a huge foreigner, um, crowd, which is, like, one of the reasons I moved here is because it's super, super easy to become a part of the community.
And unlike a lot of other neighborhoods, it has a very vibrant community, um, and a lot of, a lot of gay people, which is fantastic.
Um, and, like, a lot of my friends live over here, so it was, like, one of the biggest reasons I moved over here.
Like, a bunch of clubs, bars, food places, cafes, were a part of HBC Week, the block party.
Like, at the cafe there was a bunch of merch tables and a petition to bring back, like, the, um, traditional fermentation jars that were taken away recently because of one complaint.
One person complained, and so this historical si- Well, like, a, a historical site, kind of, but not, like, legally, I think, um, was taken down because one person complained about it, and that forced the government, that forced the government to give a fine to the owner of, like, um, this restaurant, I think.
