Robyn DobbinsHostI love what you're talking about with keeping things simple.
And the thing you said before about information overload, I think it's a major issue.
It's a blessing that we have so much information out there, but I am talking to people all the time that They are dealing with low motivation and brain fog.
Some of them can't get out of bed.
Some of them can't get off the couch.
And so what do they do? They're on YouTube all day.
And they're like, well, this doctor says to eat sardines and this doctor says to eat beef, butter, bacon, and eggs.
And then this person was doing, they said they were doing medical keto, which really doesn't have a definition really to a lot of people.
They were doing medical keto and then they went carnivore.
So I want to go carnivore because they think it's like some kind of magic pill and people are so confused.
they spend so much time floundering around and you're putting out a great message that it can be as simple as just remove sugars remove grains like you did with nsng and this is my whole motivation behind the fire diet plan that i've written is to try to reduce that overwhelm and to give a starting point for people so it's structured but you can start real gentle and easy and you can just remove for the very first tier you can just remove the processed foods maybe you're someone who just wants to clean up your diet a little bit and i'm trying to create a pathway because all i see out there is tons and tons of confusion.
People don't know what to do.

In the process of cutting out my sugars and grains, going deeper, trying carnivore, I went carnivore for a full year.
