... we're able to pack in that, those 30 minutes, but we are able to recover fast enough to be able to hit it again.
And I think that's a thing with, you know, especially for me, I can say, I'll speak for myself, is leg days.
You know, they take a lot out of my grip.
They take a lot out of my lats.
And it's harder sometimes as I get older, is to bounce back as fast to be able to hit it again.
Because-
... like Joe coaches us and tells us, bench press is a full-body movement.
It uses your legs.

And I think it, with this program, it, it, in 30 minutes, like the best way that I explained it to people is kind of hit it and quit it.
Like, you get in there, you focus, you really dial in to the moves that are in this program, and it is, it is like chef's kiss.
Like, it is truly, really, really good.
And how we have the higher volume in week two is that you're able to build up, like using it as a-
... week one is like w- like you always talk about.
Week one is like your prep week.
Like, you get used to the sequences, you learn the moves, you learn how it's feeling, where you need to dial in at.
And then week two, you're building that endurance, that practice, which I like.
