The Odyssey

This is written and directed by Christopher Nolan.

It is based on Homer's poem, The Odyssey, which is a sequel to The Iliad.

It is one of the oldest stories ever known to man.

Priscilla, let me start with you.

I think you've watched this movie only once, right? Most recently.

Yeah, I'm watching it again in IMAX in a few days.

You haven't experienced that in school in IMAX? I did, but then I wanted to watch it by myself.

I watch it with my best friend, who I love dearly.

Sister would be like that.

But I want to be by myself and have the Cyclops scream in my ear.

That's fair.

What did you think about this movie?

I went in, I think I even told you, I went in and I was like, I know you're not going to get everything I want in there.

So I went in there knowing that it's a hard poem to nail.

It's the same way I felt about Denny with Dune.

I was like, you're not going to get everything I want in there.

So it's fine.

I went in, it's fine.

As long as I get your take from it.

I loved it.

I think I texted you and I said, that's probably his life's work, summed up in one film.

I thought, Matt Damon, yeah, there isn't enough applause I can give you.

We'll talk about him, I'm sure.

The incredible

Oscar as we speak.
