All-22 ANXIETY: Searching for Answers After the Eagles’ Jaguars Loss

Here's our nice touchdown to Darius Cooper.

Um, Eagles are in gun.

You got a nice three wide receiver set, one tight end.

They're playing pressed.

You got a two high shell over the top here.

So they're either playing cover two man, or maybe disguising a little look, or they are playing cover four.

But with the press, with how close these, uh, cornerbacks are, I would say this is likely man coverage across the top.

So let's see, and this was a beautiful play by Hurts.

No one wins off the snap, but look, this is what you like to see.

Look where the ball's coming out a- and Cooper is just now getting a sh- half a stride.

This is throwing with anticipation, right? We like throwing with anticipation.

And look what happens.

It's a beautiful deep ball.

It's what Jalen's good at, boom, and it's a touchdown for Cooper.

Throwing with anticipation is something that you need to see from your quarterback every once in a while.

And look, there's no bailout, so this is, this is man coverage across the board, and you got safeties over the top.

Nice little cut move by Cooper, and boom, there it is.

Nice easy completion.

Nice big play.

And there you go, you get the touchdown.

Uh, now let's go back to the rest of the r- the passing offense here.

We're gonna look at a handful of plays.

Um, this is the first, the first throw.

Sorry, let me, uh, restart it here.

So the Jags got their four down lineman.
